Been busy with Induction Week this week. A warm welcome to all new Level 1s and direct entrants to Level 2 ... and all the returning students too. Loads of exciting projects lined up this year but let me catch my breath after this hectic week and I'll get proper posting on here.

Adam Dan: Sofa Design Courtside!
Adam Lowe, Dan Needham and Chloe Smith (3 Monkeys No Banana) have seen their first project go live. You may remember this in the Degree Show and, of course, in D&AD New Blood and the Leek Post and Times where the project team initially consisted of Sam Nuttal and shib Hussain alongside Adam and Dan. What's nice about this is the fact that the clients have not only adopted the rebrand but are also working with 3 Monkeys on further communications. A big pat on the back all round. Keep it going and let's build on this. I'm in the process of reading "Exploiting Chaos" and a new start-up of this nature is brave but one that may ultimately, through perseverance and exploiting the current financial situation, break through and make a real go of it.
